Swurve is a relatively new interactive hook-up site for those looking for casual dates. They already have a large number of hot and sexy singles from all around the world. Swurve features an interesting and cool design and has a very simple site layout, so it’s very easy to navigate. The registration process is not complicated either, and takes only a minute. Unlike in many other dating sites for singles, Swurve doesn’t require you to fill out endless forms and reveal every little thing about yourself. They stick to the basics instead, like your physical appearance (height, body type, hair color) and what you’re looking for (cyber flirting, fantasy fulfillment, friends with benefits, etc). I have to say, it was rather refreshing to be able to fill out all your profile, upload a photo and be ready to use the site in less than 5 minutes.
Once you log in to the member’s area, you will be able to see recent activity from the members you marked as Faves on your homepage, read and send messages in your Mailbox, edit your profile and settings in the Control Panel, or manage your Faves, HookUps and Crushes in the Play Book. Naturally you can also search for members by their location, looks and interests, just like in any other dating website. When visiting a member’s profile you will be able to view their photos, videos (this feature was still under development at the time of this review) and recent activity; also, you can request to see more photos from that user.
The Swurve community is pretty nice and big: I was able to find hundreds of people in my area looking for casual dates and whatnot. There were some really hot girls with nice naughty photos, and plenty of guys as well if that’s what you’re looking for. It seems most are pretty active on the site as well, judging from their recent activity feed and nice and quick responses to my messages. I just wish the girls offered more photos since not many have more than 1 or 2 uploaded.
The pricing options of Swurve should be discussed as well. It’s nice that you’re not bombarded with constant offers to upgrade your membership here, but sadly as a free member the things you can do on the site are still somewhat limited. Swurve offers three upgrade options: Silver ($24.95 a month), Gold ($32.95 a month) and Platinum ($39.95 a month). As a Silver member, you will be able to use most of the site’s features, although they will have some limits. You will be able to send out Flirts, read and send e-mail (up to 25 a day), view XXX photos, watch videos (up to 5 per day) and get free 50 Credits which you can use for various site functions. Gold increases these limits several times as well as gives you a highlighted listing (more chance your profile will be noticed!), allows you to view full-size photos, and see which members visited your profile. Finally, Platinum completely lifts the limits from sending e-mails, and in addition offers priority e-mails, top placement in search results and a “stealth mode” where you can browse around without other members knowing. Overall I’d say the pricing options are reasonable and in line with what other dating sites offer.
If you want to join an active online dating site with a nice community, fresh design and reasonable payment options, then Swurve is definitely a good choice.
